Honeycrisp: Cream-colored flesh. Very crisp and breaking, coarse-grained, juicy with a sweet-
tart taste. Sometimes a hint of pear drop, but Honeycrisp apples from the start of the harvest
tend to be mild in flavor while those picked toward the end of the harvest are highly aromatic.
Very refreshing. Resists browning when sliced. Lovely in salads. Popular for pies and baking.
Enterprise: Flesh is pale yellow to cream in color, medium-grained, firm, crisp and juicy.
Sprightly and spicy. The apple tends to be a bit on the tart side when first picked but sweetens
after a month in storage. Spicy with a full, rich flavor. Because of its rather thick skin, most
people prefer the apple peeled or sliced thinly. A fresh eating or a baking apple.
By purchasing apples from Grace Farm, you are supporting local sustainable agriculture. My
250-tree holistic orchard is located in the hills overlooking Keuka Lake. This is a woman-owned
farm. All sprays are organically certified and each apple is picked by hand!
